From its charming print to its cute ruffled neckline, this children’s blouse pairs perfectly with jeans, skirt or dungarees. Made from our soft and durable Tana, the blouse features an all-over Liberty artwork from the archive – Betsy is a small, stylised floral that has earnt its position as one of the most beloved Liberty designs of all time. It was originally created in 1933 by the mysterious designer D.S., who was behind many of our other favourite classic Liberty prints.
