Uniting the worlds of beauty and wellbeing, Bastide was born nearly 30 years ago from co-founders Frédéric Fekkai and Shirin von Wulffen’s love of the vibrant lifestyle offered by the southern French city of Aix-en-Provence – ‘la douceur de vivre’. Nurtured by a modest combination of water, light and love, each aromatic ingredient is harvested from seed by local artisans – coined the Bastide ‘Beautisans’ – who also passionately mix each preparation by hand. The brand’s clean skin care, fragrance and candle collections are luxurious in their simplicity, thanks to a careful selection of naturally potent ingredients, and the extraordinary devotion that goes into their crafting.
