Designed in-house and made in the UK, the lined Hilary wrap dress from Liberty features our archival Seraphina print on Tana Lawn™ cotton, finished with a contrasting miniature on the sleeves and hem.

Liberty’s Autumn 2020 womenswear collection embraces a witty and art-inflected maximalism inspired by the ornate gothic and Art Nouveau revival styles of Bernard Nevill, Liberty’s Design Director of the 1960s and ‘70s. The Hilary wrap dress is crafted from Tana – a breathable and fluid revelation of a fabric that we’ve been formulating for over a century, expertly printed in Italy. Originally created in the 1910s, Seraphina takes the form of a dreamy water fountain scene, framed by cascading paisleys in a bewitching tableau. The dress features three-quarter length sleeves and a lined bodice, with elasticated cuffs and a frilled hem for a striking silhouette.
