Liberty Fabrics Interiors
Emerald and Rose Natural Linen in Cole Grey
Emerald and Rose Liberty print was inspired by an original Morris print 'Rose and Thistle'. The design was first created in 1881 with wood block and printed by Liberty London at Stead McAlpin in 1969. A mix of the Orient and Arts & Crafts, the updated design offers a paisley sub pattern beautifully distorting the original roses and thistles. Linen has an even, smooth hand-feel with a rustic ‘washed’ sensation. The colour penetration is deep and even, with a slightly starchy draping.
Pricing: All fabrics are priced per metre length
The Chesham Cabinet collection is a Liberty Fabrics interiors range of fabrics and wallpapers inspired by remarkable cabinets and dolls’ houses from the 17th to the 19th centuries. Inspiration was taken from a colonial Indian cabinet, similar to those sold in one of the original Liberty London stores, found in Chesham House in the 1880s. The cabinet has been re-worked into a cabinet house and used by the in-house design team to create thirteen new Liberty London designs available in a selection of captivating colourways and bases to bring the beautiful and magical world of miniature design to life.
