Made in the brand’s harbour-side studio in Copenhagen, the Munch Bowl is thrown and glazed by hand for a truly one-of-a-kind finish. Its tall, straight sides keep food hot for longer, while the wide flat base makes the bowl extra sturdy.

Founded in Tokyo and now based in Copenhagen, Studio Arhoj fuses traditional Japanese ceramics crafting expertise with effortless Scandinavian minimalism. Designer Anders Arhoj and his team use hands-on techniques like wheel throwing and glazing to lend vases an easy, one-of-a-kind appeal. The brand’s use of evocatively graduated tones and rustic, tactile surfaces drawn inspiration from Danish ‘hygge’ and Japanese ‘wabi-sabi’ design philosophies.
