Sacred Gin’s bottle-aged negroni is made from a harmonious blend of the brand’s own gin, spiced vermouth and rosehip cup, for a rich and refreshing finish.

Working from his home in Highgate, North London, Sacred Gin co-founder Ian Hart uses an innovative vacuum distillation method to retain the complex flavours of his botanicals – this pre-mixed variation is made from a blend of Sacred Gin, Sacred Rosehip Cup and Sacred English Spiced Vermouth, which have been aged in glassware for a pronounced flavour profile. Pour it over ice and serve with an orange slice garnish to enjoy.

About Sacred Gin

Sacred Gin is a true labour of love – the first and smallest commercial gin distillery of its kind, it’s run by Ian Hart and Hilary Whitney in the former’s family home in Highgate, North London. The award-winning formulas are vacuum distilled rather than distilled in copper pots – this occurs at a lower temperature, encouraging a lusher and fresher taste than other traditional gins. Ian has compiled a library of over a hundred distilled botanicals (including oak bark, lemon verbena and buddleia), which he draws upon to create a raft of imaginative and innovative concoctions.
