HOW TO USE

Two capsules a day provide an excellent level of EPA & DHA, equivalent to a tin of sardines. The best time to take Lion Heart is at meal times. It’s better absorbed when taken with food, while also establishing a habit by taking it at the same time every day. Take your capsules together or at different times during the day.
