Lancetti '70s Couture Floral Silk Chiffon and Satin Skirt
This flamboyant, floral silk chiffon skirt was designed by Lancetti in the late-'70s - a rare piece selected from Liberty’s designer vintage archive, available exclusively online.
Founded in 1954, Italian couture label Lancetti came into its own in the '70s with its revolutionary prints inspired by the Masters of painting. This vivacious, flamenco-inspired skirt features an all-over print of abstract flowers, buds and foliage, including poppies, camellias, daffodils and tulips. The asymmetrical ruffled detailing is hand-finished with a black binding. Lined with black silk-chiffon, this piece carries no label as it is couture-made – a stand-out piece in any collection.
