Liberty Fabrics
Kyoto Posey Lasenby Cotton
Editor's Notes
Kyoto Posey is inspired by a floral patchwork design from the Liberty archive – its scattered bunches of stylised daisies offer a subtle nod to the style of Japanese botanical prints that store founder Arthur Liberty would have seen when he travelled to Japan in 1889.
Designed specifically for quilting, our soft Lasenby cotton base is suitable for a range of creative projects, including bedspreads, cushions and cosies. It is machine washable and durable enough for daily use, with each richly coloured design created using traditional screen-printing techniques.
Pricing: All fabrics are priced per metre length

COLLECTION
The Emporium Collection is inspired by the historic architecture and interiors of Liberty’s iconic Tudor flagship store in the heart of London. An eclectic mix of floral, paisley and geometric designs draw from ornately carved wooden details, hand-crafted tilework and the iconic timbered exterior – as well as the beautiful blooms of the flower stall out in the front.
