Esmie’s extra-large square photo album is carefully bound by hand in England, using traditional Japanese Sougara paper. Designed and produced in Kyoto, this Sougara paper design depicts national Japanese symbols of beauty and longevity within an intricate landscape – which is then silk screen printed by hand over a single large sheet. The album’s 50 off-white leaves are overlaid with glassine, in order to protect your beloved photographs from the effects of time, and finished with a grosgrain marker. The album is presented in a delicately hand-foiled presentation box, covered with champagne-toned linen – a once-in-a-lifetime gift, to be treasured across the generations.
