Elm House York Tencel
Editor's Notes
Inspired by William Morris’s Honeysuckle design, this new interpretation depicts Primulas and Fritillaries painted in soft watercolour. Echoing the original repeat, florals and foliage interweave into a swirling Arts and Crafts style.
York Tencel is a sustainable Lyocell base that combines thermal regulation, moisture absorption and breathability with a soft and smooth finish. Woven from a Lyocell yarn, it is derived from wood fibres harvested from sustainably managed forests. Printed in Italy, York Tencel is a smart and sustainable fabric celebrated for its efficient and environmentally responsible closed-loop production process, as well as its soft drape and super-smooth hand feel.
Pricing: All fabrics are priced per metre length

COLLECTION
Created in the London design studio, the Private View collection for Autumn/Winter 2020 is split into four ‘gallery’ stories, reflecting Liberty’s long-standing commitment to art and design in all its forms. Each room of this imagined art gallery represents a different facet of the Liberty Fabrics story – from the Arts and Crafts heritage of the ‘Permanent Collection’ to the lushly detailed floral studies of the ‘Botanical Gallery’, the witty conversational pieces of ‘Curated Curiosities’ and the archival Asian and Middle Eastern-inspired textile designs of ‘Eastern Treasures’.
