These moreish all-butter fruit shortbread biscuits were crafted in Scotland according to an old family recipe, with beautiful packaging adorned with our archival Ianthe Liberty print.
These biscuits were created for Liberty by Irvings Bakery, a family-run business based in Castle Douglas in Scotland. Baked from scratch using farmhouse style recipes (many of which have passed through several generations of Mrs Irving’s family), these biscuits are deliciously buttery, crumbly and sweet – a treat destined to liven up many tea times to come.
