Liberty damson vodka liqueur is a fruity and crisp drinks cabinet essential – its sweet flavour and dry finish makes it a prime ingredient for after-dinner cocktails.
This damson vodka was created by Sloemotion for Liberty. Made using whole wild fruit hand-picked from ancient Yorkshire orchards, it is created entirely in the UK. This family business uses traditional methods, placing a focus on sustainability and conservation as much as on succulent ingredients and tip-top flavours – leftover fruits from the process are even transformed into unique jellies and chutneys. Add a generous slug of this fruit liqueur to a glass of champagne, or drink it as a warming night cap.
