'London's hottest food property' Alex Hely-Hutchinson, is the founder of 26 Grains, the Neal's Yard grain-based café, and author of the cookbook of the same name. Alex's ethos is inspired by three elements; quality, seasonality and simplicity. At 26 Grains, equal emphasis is given to the quality of each component, using unrefined ingredients and natural sweeteners to ensure the food is as delicious as it is nourishing.
Pippa Murray is the founder of Pip & Nut, an all-natural nut butter brand, which she launched in January 2015. She's achieved distribution into over 3000 stores in the UK and is sold in a number of the nation’s top retailers. After growing the business by over 400% in their second year, Pip & Nut plans to double the business in 2017 by growing both their distribution and diversifying their product range into a new category in the supermarket.
