UK Standard Delivery - £6.95
We aim to deliver UK orders within 5 working days. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not considered working days. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.
Text alerts for delivery to UK customers: Where a mobile number is provided we will pre-alert you the day before delivery with a text message. You will be able to change your delivery by replying to this text.
All deliveries require a signature: If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some deliveries to apartment buildings and shared accommodation will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a free delivery-to-store service.
Orders will be ready for collection from the Customer Collections desk on the third floor of our Regent Street store. Orders will be available for collection 3 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the order is placed. Please aim to collect your order within 5 days.

When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation with either a valid photo ID or the payment card. If somebody is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to present the order confirmation with a valid photo ID.
All orders must be signed for upon collection.

UK Saturday Delivery - £10
Selected postcodes only.
Please make sure you place your order before 12pm on Friday to qualify and select the Saturday delivery option at the checkout.
UK Next Working Day Delivery - £10
Mainland UK only. Order by 1pm Monday–Thursday
(Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched within 2 working days).

For express same day or nominated day delivery, Liberty offers a special delivery service on an individual cost basis.

Orders for express same day delivery must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
Express same day delivery is only available for London postcodes.
Larger Item Delivery
The standard delivery charges do not apply to rugs, furniture, large or bulkier items. Please see costs and details listed below:
Small furniture items and rugs: From £25.00 for UK mainland delivery.
Large furniture items: From £70.00 for UK mainland delivery.
International delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase.
Please note: These charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel. Please note, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return it.
