Pump Street Bakery began life making fine bread and pastries but has now turned its attention to the production of luxury handmade chocolates. Responsibly sourced from co-operative farms in South America using only highest quality beans; this brand effectively balances both principle and taste. The result is a varied collection of chocolate bursting with delectable flavour.
Continuing in the bakery series; the crumb of Pump Street's 100% rye loaf is added to this Ecuador 60% Dark Milk. The mellow creaminess of the milk chocolate shows off the nuttiness and acidity of the rye grain.
A special edition bar made from genetically rare Criollo beans from Akesson's Organic Estate, Madagascar. A rosy, light coloured dark chocolate with a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Bright forward flavours of raspberry and membrillo with hints of grassiness.
